At Retox Wellness, every bottle of our magnesium spray is made with care, intention, and ingredients we trust. Your wellness matters to us—and so does your experience.
If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help—within reason and fairness.
📦 Important Note About Returns
Our magnesium spray is safety-sealed and packaged with tape. Once the seal is broken or the bottle is opened, it is considered used and non-returnable.
We do not typically accept returns on used or opened products, for safety and hygiene reasons.
That said, we review each request on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions depending on the situation. If it didn’t work for you or wasn’t what you expected, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.
💳 Refunds (When Approved)
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
